Ovarian Dermoid Cyst resection-laparoscopic

A 7 cm benign right ovarian dermoid cyst (teratoma) is removed with some leak. Notice the sebaceous
material that came out of the cyst . A few hairs came into view too. Thorough irrigation to wash out
leaked substance is important .
